Private Pay Rates:

Individual: 55 minutes @ $160

Couples: 75 minutes @ $225

ACCEPTED INSURANCES: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, Priority Health, and Private pay.

Medicaid including Blue Cross Complete is not accepted.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
HSA/HFA cards accepted.

My services are not appropriate for individuals with pending legal cases in which mental health documentation is needed or if Social Security/Short-long term disability documentation is needed.
